This is the app a user wishes to screen pop. The user can click the drop down button and choose from the list provided designed by the company admin in the Loup manager portal.
This icon is a link to the Netsapiens call history tab for this user. The link will use the specific API url for the Loup customer with /portal/callhistory at the end. For example: click the icon or click here alpha.netsapiens.com/portal/callhistory
This is the call history for a specific user pulled directly from the Netspaiens CDR2 api.
Sort the call history by inbound calls, outbound calls, and missed calls. Use Netsapiens CDR2 api to determine the "Type" of the call and "limit" the results to only show the most resent 10 calls for each category.
This Icon will perform a manual screen pop for the specific phone number.
This menu will show the users most resent 10 inbound, outbound, and missed calls. It will show the phone number and the date the call happened. To learn more a user can click the icon in the top right and go to their call history in the portal.
This icon when clicked will call the specific did.
The new extension will have 3 menus. History, Contacts, and Settings which are indicated by glowing when selected.
