Click to call, also known as click to dial, is a must-have for any Zendesk user. Loup is a Google Chrome extension that once installed, interfaces with Zendesk to send data to your phone system via APIs. Loup searches the HTML code presented in Zendesk to find phone numbers (DIDs) so users can simply click the number and dial out. By leveraging click to dial users save time and are therefore more productive.
