If "All" is selected then show the integration to all companies.
Add a drop-down menu for all the integrations in the Loup SUPER ADMIN portal. If a company manager adds an integration as "PUBLIC" then it should show in the Loup super admin portal with the word "All" automatically selected in the drop down. If a company manager adds an interation as "PRIVATE" then it should show in the Loup super admin portal with the drop down assigned to only that company.
If a company manager adds and app as "PRIVATE" then the app should show up in the Loup super admin portal with the companies name selected in the drop down. For example, if Ring Free added a private integration then the Loup super admin portal would look like this.
NOTE: As a starting point, mark all the apps in Loup to "All". Then the Loup super admin can assign the right apps to the right companies.
